Oh man, how much will that song hurt?

Well... it's chord switches that give me pain - single note stuff like this is fine. This (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vg_UXSF58ec), on the other hand, begets agony (from about 1min in).

Dear lord, I hope it's the single edit of that DragonForce song that goes into GHIII - the album version is like 9 mins long! The ridiculous speed of it will surely make it one of the hardest songs going...

Apparently GH3 is also coming to PC & Mac (http://kotaku.com/gaming/pc-gaming/guitar-hero-iii-rocks-the-mac-and-pc-298619.php). Interesting...

oh maybe youd like to know, GH3 is MAINLY old songs, has good ones tho, and riff offs which are immense!

also through the fire and the flames....9 minutes long, obscene even on medium (u play it during the credits dont worry about it throwing off your carreer lol)

the unlockable songs are abismal apart from killswitch and sense fail (which tbh the files for them are pretty rubbish)

but raining blood is always a good challenge if you dont have the guitar koz ur fingers go numb from spamming the shoulder buttons.

Playing Guitar Hero with a joypad is possibly the biggest waste of time ever. Why would you buy the game without the guitar?

I doubt he did.

Hex

Well why would he play it with a joypad if he had a perfectly good guitar sitting there? I'm highly confused by his comment tbh...

maybe he couldn't download a guitar... <smacks hex upside the head with an SG>

OK fine so why pirate a game that revolves around the peripheral that comes with it? His activity still seems nonsensical to me...

SG = Stargate?
Pretty hefty thing to smack someone with tbh. Respect.

In other news, Hex doesn't understand something, again; yet still feels compelled to tell everyone.

Hmmm so not content with posting something amusing, you felt the need to add needless antagonism to the post. I've got no problem with a good debate Yega but your insistence on whinging about what I post is annoying, especially considering that the prime motivation seems to revolve around increasing your post count. To summarise, STFU unless you have something to add to the discussion.

I think Yega's point is that you should follow your own advice Hex. No offense.

In other news, Peter finds out some pointless hardware news that no one gives a shit about; yet still feels compelled to tell everyone.

And SG = solid guitar. Gibson's design to compete with the Strat many years ago.

Delivers the goods as always. :)

I tried the demo of GH3 from XBLM the other day, and strangely found the experience lacking without a guitar peripheral. I'm still kinda curious as to how the game plays properly, but I fear sucking too much to actually try it.

I fail. :(

Have a go @ next lan. If it's ever on, what with Viper's Rock Band ambitions.
