Been having some problems with my ~1.5 year old G5 mouse (it cuts out occasionally). Phoned up, got through straight away, got a nice English-speaking chap (had expected Indian call center). He asked the part number, the problems I'd been having and my contact details. A new mouse will be with me by Friday, and they don't care about getting the old one back. They didn't even want me to send them a copy of my order invoice. He even chatted to me about the Champion's League fixtures/results while he was waiting on it being put through the computer.
That's what I call good quality customer service. Another company that I'd buy from again.
