Off topic: cinema outing / cross society trip

Hi all,

You may have gathered by now, I have attatchments to various different societies, them being GUGS (GU Gaming society) (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/tankypoos/GUGSWEB/) and Io (GU Science fiction and fantasy society) (http://www.iosoc.org.uk/).

I have found that the members generally are members of more than one of the societies, and thought you might like to me informed of what they are doing.

To the point: GUGS and Io are organising a trip to the cinema to see 'Chronicles of Narnia' and have invited Io. (http://lordofthemoon.com/ioforum/viewtopic.php?p=3274) I'm sure they would welcome some of you lot too :D
GUGS are going to see Chronicles of Narnia on Thursday 8th at 8.10pm at Cineworld. And we'd like to extend an invitation to iO to join us. If your interested in going please let me know. (I'm the girl at iO with the black headscarf)

Funnily, I was thinking of a GUNS DOOM trip even before I saw this thread :) But then, movies of this calibre (ahem) come along but once a century, so I think it warrants the extra attention.
