I'm moving house on saturday morning and will probably be without internet access for the next 3-4 weeks.

BT are saying it'll take them around 3 weeks to connect the phone line (cockbags) and then I'm guessing around a week before I can get internet access sorted.

I'm planning to check my mail at an internet cafe somewhere a couple of times a week.


Fuck you BT, fuck you in the ass with a screwdriver.

Hastle them, hastle them really hard. If there's anything that'll get your line connected faster, it's complaining.

If you wana come round to my place to check your mail then feel free to do so. I'm just up the the road mind! I think my flat's beter than a cafe but I would wouldn't I? :?

I'm in the virgin Megastore on Buchanan street.

Looks now to be no web access until at least July the 9th.

Well, I've got a phone line so I'm about to register for 2mb ADSL. Not bad at all for £22 a month.

Pah, you think thats bad, my flat mates parents live in an area with 9 houses and 8 lines. So its a round robin who has a phoneline or whos phoneline you have! And its been like that for 2 YEARS!
