Well if he really does have a chest infection, they aren't contagious, so have no fear. That said a lot of people say chest infection when they mean chesty cough/heavy discharge, which could be symptomatic of a million things you could catch. IMO if people attend public gatherings when they're contagious everyone should just throw things at them until they go home.

Only pleurisy, not bronchitis or pneumonia, but if Phizz has that then spreading disease is the least of his worries.
