FYI these aren't minutes. Minutes should start with the attendee list, and the time and place of the meeting. They should record all official decisions in a way that is fully understandable to people not at the meeting and representative of what occurred in the meeting. If motions are proposed the proposer and seconder (if needed) should be named, and voting tallys recorded as appropriate. At the end ideally should be a list of action points decided at the meeting, with the person taking ownership of the point named beside them, and ideally a deadline for completion. If you're going to have Secretary as your title on documents such as your CV and this forum then I think you should show the position the respect it deserves.

To be fair, the Pause meeting have always been very informal, so the minutes have always reflected this. Criticising the new committee for this now seems a bit unfair.

I updated both sets of minutes as best as I could with attendees and whatnot. I am unable to include the names of proposers/voters etc. because I don't remember all of that information from the first meeting off hand.
I apologize for any inconvenience/irritation I may have caused. I am still very much new to this position (as we all are) and appreciate any constructive criticism thrown my way. I will try to improve the quality of subsequent minutes to better reflect my position.

Jus' tryin to help. If you're satisfied with mediocrity (members, not Ladle) then fair play to you. Ladle - good for you. No apology necessary - it's a learning experience.

Notes from meetings 3 and (somewhat last minute) 4 have been posted.
I also updated the other two sets of notes to include an agenda and an improved member list. I reckon they could still stand to be summarised further, but for now, they'll remain as is.

Huh, what? Is your member list publicly published? Seems like too many issues there.
Also, you forgot to include (or maybe I was told this AFTER you guys left?) that Mr. Mac REFUSES for the Games Room (lolArranMurry*Sports*Bar) to be used for any event other than sporting events, which really sucks for the kinds of events we proposed. Though I'm sure who-ever would be happy to hear you out on some sort of event proposal. Why am I always at these meetings?
