Ok guys, I've got hosting duties ready for LFS so the server (when it is up) will be called

"Pause Race Host"

@ IP

yegadoyai.game-host.org

I'll have a regular practice on Tuesday from 7pm Onward plus other random times that I'll post on IRC and other message board thingies.

Demo version all are welcome

Quick heads up for all the retards (like me) who haven't updated to version V it won't connect to the master server and find the game so go update.

Here are the current Pause Gaming XFG skins (http://www.pausegaming.com/galleryimages/LFS/XFG_Pause_Skins.rar)

Instructions

1. Download file
2. Unzip files
3. Copy files to Live for Speed\data\skins

Thats it!

Please do not change the names of the files! If you do, people will not be able to see each others skins.

Included skins are:

white - 2, 12, 42 (Pixie, Phizz, Aaron)
black - 8, 9, 13, 15 (Fyndir, DAve, gor, Fil2efly)

Server will be up tomorrow from 7pm so you cal all practice for the next round. Someone had better take the fight to pixie in the RWD or it will be a very boring race for him.

No bother, I ended up playing UFO: Afterlight as an alternative. It's a surprisingly good way to lose an evening.

Afterlight is much improved from the original UFO. I remember UFO X:COM - it was the first strategy game I ever played. I still remember sitting in front of the Amiga for 45 minutes straight (with a pitch black screen, too) while the computer calculated the entire enemy alien movement, then gave me two moves before it shot the absolute shit out of my team of crack soldiers. Fantastic. They don't make games like that any more.
